COAL REGION SCENE

The painting is a typical coal region dwelling that once existed in the Anthracite Coal Region of Pennsylvania. Many present and former residents of the Coal Region can relate to this scene.

The painting of the Coal Region was used in the development of the front cover of my novel, The Wailing Wind, A Tale of Love And Obsession.

If one is interested in Coal Region History, an attempt should be made to go on an excursion throughout the region to determine for themselves the authenticity of what they may have heard or read about the Coal Region.
